Clinical Psychiatry
Welcome to my integrative psychiatry practice. I work from a solid foundation in clinical psychiatry and psychopharmacology, and will introduce (if you wish) integrative and holistic approaches along the way as we work together on a plan for your optimal wellness. Those approaches may include nutrition, supplements, physical activity, sleep optimization, meditation, yoga, etc. As symptoms lessen and you start feeling more happy, healthy, and aware, my hope is that you will feel a deeper connection with yourself, important others, and community.
